Concave/Convex Tool #16. This tool can be used to hollow out convex surfaces. Use a bur to remove the bulk of material. Then, use tool to scrape away more material and to smooth and refine the surface. The inside curve can be used to create convex surfaces. Change the angle of approach often to avoid creating ridges.
